Papers submitted to the Workshop and Tutorial Track follow specific guidelines. Please refer to the relevant sections of the website for further information.

A collected volume of HHAI 2027 Workshop and Tutorial Proceedings will be published under the CEUR-WS umbrella after the conference. While participation is not mandatory, workshops are encouraged to contribute.

All submissions must be written in English and double-blind, except for extended abstracts of published journal papers.

Writing for double-blind reviews means that no trace of the author’s identity is present throughout the paper. In order to achieve this, please ensure the following steps are followed:

  • Substitute your name and affiliation from the first page with the tracking number.
  • Do not include an Acknowledgements section.
  • Cite your prior work in third person.

It is the author’s responsibility to ensure submissions enable double-blind reviewing.

All submissions should adhere to IOS formatting guidelines. You can choose either the MS Word or the LaTeX template.

The abstract of the paper must be a maximum of 200 words.

All work should be submitted in PDF format via EasyChair.

Only contributions for which both the abstract and the paper have been submitted will undergo the review process.

Submissions of full and working papers should present original work and ideas without substantial overlap with previously published papers. Extended abstracts may present previously published work.

Upon acceptance, at least one author must attend the conference. A significant contribution is expected from all authors. A justification of contributions in the paper is appreciated.

All studies involving human participants should have received human-research ethics consent from the relevant institutions and mention this in the paper.
