Call for Student Grant
We are excited to announce that the Student Grant Call for HHAI 2025 is now open!
🗓️ Application Deadline: May 5th, 2025 (Anywhere on Earth, AoE)
These grants are sponsored by The Artificial Intelligence Journal (AIJ).Â
Who can apply?
We welcome applications from all students—BSc, MSc, and PhD—from around the globe. Our goal is to build a diverse and inclusive team, ensuring a balance across gender, cultural, geographic and other dimensions.
Overall, we will accept applications that demonstrate financial need and a clear benefit to the applicant in attending the conference.
For the above reasons, we will use the following criteria:
- Priority is given to applicants with accepted submissions (any contribution type in HHAI 2025). However, you are allowed to apply if you do not have an accepted submission. Please note that this grant cannot be intended as a waiver for the requirement of one mandatory registration per paper. Instead, it could cover additional authors.Â
- Priority is given to first-time HHAI attendees.
- Priority is given to those who are earlier in their academic career. For example, a first-year PhD student will have priority over a second-year student, and so on.
What is covered?
The main goal of this award is to cover conference registration. We can cover any combination of conference registration and satellite events such as workshops, tutorials.
Important: Please note that this grant does not cover HHAI 2025 conference registration for the accepted papers. This means that at least one author per paper should pay for the registration.
How to apply?
The application deadline is May 5 2025 AoE. The notification is due June 1, 2025.
