How to register?
The registration is now open! Please follow the link below to the registration system, which is hosted by Invajo.
Each paper at the conference (main track, doctoral consortium, and posters/demos track) needs to be associated with at least one of the paper’s authors’ registration by April 30. Please mark your registration with the EasyChair paper ID.

Pricing and Deadlines
- The full conference ticket includes access to the pre-conference program (workshops, tutorials, doctoral consortium), a welcome reception, and a gala dinner.
- If you want to attend the HHAI Summer School, you need to purchase a full conference ticket.
- If you plan to only attend workshops but not to join the main conference, there are “Workshops only” tickets available. Attending both days requires two tickets.
- All prices are in EURO and include Swedish VAT (25%), which is refundable for Swedish and international organizations in accordance with the VAT-rules applying in their respective countries. Refunds must take place in the home country of the participant’s organization.
- For qualifying institutions, invoices without VAT can be issued. If you are employed at a Swedish authority (svensk myndighet) that should not pay VAT, please chose payment by invoice.
Cancellation and Changes
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@hhai-conference.org.
- All cancellations received on or before May 23, 2024 are entitled to a refund minus a 75 EUR processing fee. No refunds can be granted afterwards.
- Registrants who are unable to attend should be aware that registrations are transferable, but in general, the conference committee cannot assist in finding an appropriate replacement. Substitutions for paid registrants may be made up until June 10, 2024 with written notice to registration@hhai-conference.org
- The conference organizers reserve the right to cancel sub-events happening on the pre-conference days and the satellite events if they do not reach the minimum number of attendees. If an extra fee was paid for a cancelled sub-event, the fee will be refunded.
- In case of conference cancellation for reasons beyond the control of HHAI 2024 organizers, the liability of the HHAI 2024 organizers is limited to refunding the conference fees already paid by the registrants. HHAI 2024 organisers will not be responsible for any personal inconvenience that may arise
Entry visa invitation letter
Please note that entry visa invitation letters are only possible if you have an accepted submission. Please expect around 5 business days for processing time. If you need an invitation letter, please send an email to registration@hhai-conference.org with the following information:
- Full name (as shown in passport) + date of birth
- Home Address
- Title(s) and type(s) of accepted submissions
- Your registration number if you’ve registered already (optional)
